Coaching is most effective when done over multiple sessions, allowing time for reflection, growth, and real progress. We typically start with a free discovery call to determine if coaching is the right fit. From there, sessions follow a structured but flexible approach.
Sessions are held via Zoom and may include discussing goals, setting expectations, creating roadmaps, education, accountability checks, and strategy-building.
Each session builds on the last, helping you create lasting change in how you connect with others, build relationships, and enhance your personal and professional life.
In addition to these sessions, Becca is available via email and text during the entirety of your coaching journey. Expect her to reach out periodically to check on your progress, help refine your strategies, and hold you accountable to the goals you set!

The first step is a free discovery call, where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and whether coaching is the right fit for you. If you decide to move forward, coaching begins with a structured 4-session package designed to help you gain clarity, set actionable goals, and start making meaningful progress.
Initial 4-Session Package – $399 (One Month Commitment)
Session 1: Initial Consultation (30-45 minutes) – Get to know your challenges, expectations, and goals.
Session 2: Goal-Setting (60 minutes) – Define your most pressing goal and create an achievable plan.
Sessions 3 & 4: Action-Oriented Coaching (45-60 minutes each) – Begin implementing strategies, making progress, and overcoming obstacles.
After your first month, you can continue with follow-on coaching sessions, which provide continued education, refinement of strategies, and accountability as you work toward lasting change.
Follow-On Coaching – $299 per 3-Session Block
Sessions are typically held once per week and focus on deepening your skills, refining strategies, and staying on track toward your goals.
